More "beautiful bloomers" ....

Hello all daylily fanatics. Aren't daylilies just a great perennial? The yard comes alive from the vibrant color that daylilies display.Which one or ones are your favorite today? Like so many days, I could not pick a favorite daylily on this hot Wednesday North Carolina day. Some days the color, some days the height, some days the bloom size .... some days it is each of those that helps me decide which is my favorite daylily. Well let's see ....

Hemerocallis Double Reward

This pretty yellow daylily was really shining in the garden yesterday morning. It stands about 3' tall, has a 6" bloom and is a double yellow self. This sells for $7.00 here at Oakville Farm.

Hemerocallis Ice Carnival

This near white with green throat daylily is a midseason bloomer. It stands about 2 1/2' tall, has a 6" bloom and is a rebloomer. It sells for $7.00 per fan.

Well this is all for now. Hope you had a great day. And until next time, Happy Gardening.
